JESUS MOVEMENT OUTREACH

I know it may not be unusual for you to wonder what Jesus Movement Outreach has to do with climate change on this blog. Well, climate change, like the Gospel of Jesus Christ, must be preached throughout the world for everyone to know and understand how to keep this beautiful planet that God has bestowed on us.

Last night, I was allowed to speak on climate change and to announce the launch of my book, The Search for the Green Planet, at an all-night prayer service organised by the anointed Prophet O. A. Ofori. The service was attended by dignitaries from diverse backgrounds.

These monthly all-night prayer meetings are not a church service but a movement for Jesus. Believers from all corners of Accra gather here, seeking a fertile spiritual ground to pray and connect with God. It is on this fertile ground that I sowed a seed of faith for my upcoming climate change book launch.

It is indeed a fertile place for miracles – although I would not encourage anyone to attend solely for miracles or prophecies, because you must seek Jesus first before anything else. Personally, my eyes have seen things far beyond anything I have experienced in my lifetime, and I was deeply pleased with the service, the organisers, and the people present.

Upon arriving at the venue, I briefly changed my mind and told the prophet that I did not feel ready to speak. He responded calmly and respectfully. However, his actions later explained what God had told him about my presence.

The Search for the Green Planet

I was eventually given the platform and spoke about my climate change book and its planned launch on 1st April 2026. I didn’t hide my belief that this book would be useful for youth climate education in Ghana.

I explained how the book uses fictional narratives to reflect real-world climate challenges, helping students understand the cause-and-effect relationships between human actions and environmental consequences.

This book combines Environmental Science Concepts, Climate Change Education, Global Citizenship, and Civic Responsibility and Leadership.

The book also aligns with the GES Standards-Based Curriculum and supports learning outcomes in the following subject areas:

Junior High School (JHS): Integrated Science, Social Studies, English Language (Reading & Comprehension), and Citizenship Education.

Senior High School (SHS): Integrated Science, Geography, Environmental Studies, English Literature, and Social Studies.

Key competencies supported in this book include: Critical thinking, Problem-solving, Environmental awareness, Responsible citizenship, and Communication skills.

The book has immense educational value for students, and I pray that the Government of Ghana, together with the GES, would approve it for use in the JHS and SHS across the country.

When approved, this book will:

Improve climate literacy among learners
Encourage environmental responsibility
Promote a reading culture using locally relevant content
Support inquiry-based and learner-centred teaching
Inspire youth leadership and activism

What truly amazed me was not the opportunity to speak about my book, but the spiritual atmosphere that filled the place. The level of spiritual intensity was unlike anything I had ever experienced. For someone who thought he had seen it all in spiritually charged environments, this gathering was on another level entirely. I am glad to have had the opportunity to sow the seed of my book launch in that intense spiritual environment. I am grateful, Prophet, O. A. Ofori.

The Praising Team

The praising team was led by a man of God who is not only gifted musically but also deeply passionate about praising God. As worship intensified, I felt as though heaven itself had opened. I sensed angels descending to worship alongside us.

I struggle to put this experience into words, as it may not make sense to every reader. Yet, in that moment, it felt as though angels were moving between heaven and the gathering – some arriving to worship, others returning to call more angels to witness what I can only describe as praise and worship aligned with God’s own heart.

No human words can fully capture what I witnessed. It was far beyond anything I had ever encountered spiritually.

Prayer Session

The prayer session was my favourite part of the night. The pastors led the prayers with strong scriptural foundations, accompanied by vivid testimonies that stirred faith before each prayer segment. It truly felt like a secret place – an ideal space for anyone genuinely seeking God. These sessions take place on the last Friday of every month.

The guitarists, drummers, pianists, and even the sound engineer appeared to operate with gifts far beyond ordinary human ability. Everything flowed in remarkable harmony.

The prophet himself carries a rare prophetic gift for our time. This was my first experience witnessing prophecy with such striking accuracy – detailed descriptions of events, timings, and individuals delivered with precision.

Beyond the spiritual experience, the gathering also offers a unique networking opportunity, as people from diverse backgrounds come together monthly to worship God in unity.

The venue for Jesus Movement Outreach is conveniently located and easily accessible from anywhere within Accra. It is directly opposite the MTN Office at the American House, with a digital location: JRWV+2GW.

Next Session

The next session is scheduled for 27th February 2026. The prophet specifically mentioned that God has directed him to pray for couples seeking the fruit of the womb during this meeting.

No one asked me to share this, but I feel compelled not to keep it to myself. I believe God may be leading someone to attend this session – perhaps to find renewed faith and trust Him one more time.
